We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for supporting the marketing department with visual assets, whether it’s about designing new web illustrations for an upcoming feature, crafting new ads for a marketing campaign, or creating company swag. The role involves a lot of collaboration with other teams and requires a highly proactive personality. The Graphic Designer will report to Kinsta's Head of Marketing Design.

What You Will Do:

  • Create visual concepts for projects, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, advertising, social media, assets and properties created for marketing purposes.
  • Plan the execution of project materials to meet deadlines and ensure high visual quality across projects.
  • Help manage and review the work of our contractors including the design aspect and the timeliness of execution.
  • Review the use of the Kinsta brand across the company to ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Look for ways to improve the team’s workflows and increase productivity, for example, templatizing existing assets, testing new features of our current tools, and/or suggesting new processes to the Head of Marketing Design.
  • Help create and maintain our design templates and make sure teams outside of the Marketing Design Team are using them according to our style guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends in the market and make recommendations about possible style enhancements.
  • Stay current with the latest feature updates of the tools we use daily to ensure they’re used at their best.
  • Ensure our design libraries, including our Figma files, are well-organized and up-to-date.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer 
  • Advanced UI design skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Tech company with technical products
  • Strong knowledge of Figma components, variables, and design systems.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working within a fully remote, globally distributed team
  • Experience with 3D design and/or animation
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or any coding experience would be an advantage.
